It allows pay with points in any merchant or partner

Using points in merchants has a direct impact to made a loyalty program success and to acquire new business.

The promotor decides where to apply the pay with points (in which merchants) and what conditions to achieve.

Explicit price per point can be applied for an individual transaction.

The merchant does not need to intervene in the process. It means no additional software or hardware is required on merchants.

The solution is designed to communicate with the available channels to the client (wallet, online banking, etc.). Additionally, it allows you to select online and pay for purchases with points.

Using the points

The main idea of this functionality is that customers can make purchases at any store using the points (partially or totally) they already have accumulated. The benefit is attributed to the client through a cashback on one of their products

Pay with points

The option to pay with points is configured through the promotion rules engine that determines:

  • Target customers.
  • Transactions that are eligible.
  • The way to communicate it to the customer.
  • Redemption value for the purchases.

Example of available rules on promotions engine:

  • Based on an external segmentation (list of customers).
  • Based to date/time: date, day of the week, time range.
  • Based on Customer: Tier, attributes, segments, balance.
  • Based on cards: Card expiration (cobranded cards).
  • Based on type of events:
    • For sharing social medial
    • For using merchants portal and app
    • For purchases (Amount, etc)
    • Other events
  • Based on events: frequency, sum of amounts on a period.
  • Based on partners.
  • Based on georeferenced rules.
