Sharing loyalty programs with other companies is easier when you have the right tools.

Partners can have two roles on a Loyalty Program:

  • Participate to provide benefits for the members. The member earn point by performing activities through partners.
  • Participate to provide products or services that a member can buy with points.

Partners management module allows to define a hierarchy for partners, up to three levels (Groups, chains, shop).

Points for the customer are to be charged in each account according to the file to be received from each partner.

Partners have a private portal where they can manage all the campaign offers and coupons associated with their businesses. They will also have acces to dashboards and KPIs on their portal.
These funcionalities can also be provided through integration APIs.

  • In this module location hierarchy can be defined for each partner (Group, chain, shop). This hierarchy can be used for specific accrual rules on program management and also in the promotions modules.
  • Specific activities can be defined for each partner for using on accrual rules. (Ex: New activity “Download partner app” give you 2000 extra points).
  • Rewards catalog for redemption (on the platform or external catalogs are supported).
  • Integration with external modules for Earning tables to simplifying accrual rules definition.
  • Integration with external modules for Redemption tables to simplifying prices calculation.
  • APIs (both online and batch processes are available).
